A Talk and Discussion with Mark Gardner, AIA, NOMA about how he has focused his practice and teaching on community engagement and working on issues ranging from Food Justice to Heritage. The goal of Mark's work is to unearth the stories of Black Culture that guide his design and initiatives. He will show work about land conservation in Tanzania, the work of his students around the Green New Deal, and an effort to save Civil Rights Sites.
