Ms. Victoria Yip is a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management. Her prior degree is a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering conferred by the Jacobs School of Engineering of the University of California at San Diego (USA). Ms. Yip has worked as a Geotechnical and Structural Intern at Arcadis and as a structural intern at Hyder Consulting, both in Hong Kong. Her research as a CBIPS 2021-2022 Fellow is focused on Public-Private Partnerships. She is participating, as well, in the CBIPS/AECOM Practicum.
