Javier Quiros is a Fellow of the Center for Buildings, Infrastructure and Public Space at Columbia University and pursuing a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering Management. He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. His current research topic is bridge resilience. He is participating, as well, in the STV Industry Field Study.
