Tonny Kiplagat is a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering Management. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, conferred by the University of Nairobi (Kenya). His current research topic is infrastructure decarbonization. He is participating, as well, in the AECOM Industry Field Study.
