2025-2026 Fellow: Zhiyu (Kathy) Yang

Zhiyu (Kathy) Yang is a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Engineering Mechanics. Her undergraduate degree, a Bachelors in Transportation and Highway Engineering, was conferred by the Civil Aviation University of China. Her current CBIPS research project is Congestion Pricing.
