Bok Nam Lee


Dr. Lee is a University-Industry Cooperation Professor at the Institute of Civil and Environmental Engineering of Seoul National University. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Inha University in 1976, and subsequent project management training in the United States. After graduating we worked for two years at the Hyundai Engineering & Construction Company, for almost eighteen years at the Korea Power Engineering Company, and for eight years at the Construction Economy & Research Institute of Korea. Starting in 2005 he has concurrently been a teaching professor at Dongkuk University and Hanyang University, moving to Seoul National University as a teaching professor in Project Planning & Management. Since 2014 he has been a University-Industry Cooperation Professor at SNU. He is the Innovation Committee Chair of the National Construction Industry organization in South Korea and Ambassador-at-Large for Asian Infrastructure Cooperation.
