Jenny Zhang is a Cost Manager within AECOM’s Program Cost Consultancy in New York City. She is specializing in cost management for healthcare, education, real estate, and infrastructure projects. Since joined AECOM in 2020, she has been worked for various multi-million projects, such as Princeton University, Staten Island University Hospital, Northwell Health Lenox Hill Hospital and AECOM Real Estate service in America. She also participated in the project management team for the development of three alternative hospital sites at Rhode Island to meet the demands of the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, she is working within the project control team for the NYPA Waterway Infrastructure Improvement Program.
Before joining AECOM, Jenny was leading the cost estimating team of SBI Consultants, Inc., providing support to the advisory, leadership and technical solutions on healthcare, residential and multi-use projects in the New York City Metro area. In that role, she managed the cost for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Rockefeller University, and Mount Sinai Hospital.
Ms. Zhang holds a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a bachelor’s degree in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering from Nanjing Tech University. She also has strong interest in data analysis.
