John Gazioglu, CMIT, LEED AP BD+C is a project and program management consultant at Group PMX. He currently provides program management services to New York City Economic Development Corporation for a FEMA-funded capital program to repair and protect the City’s public hospitals damaged during Superstorm Sandy. He is experienced in the management of all aspects of a capital program, including design, construction, budget, schedule, procurement, project documentation, governance, and the implementation of management information systems. An advocate of sustainable practices in design and construction, Mr. Gazioglu is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
