Mr. Gabriel is a Quality Assurance Manager for Skanska USA, a subsidiary of Skanska, one of the world-leading companies in construction and project development, and top green contractors. He has 11 years working in the construction industry as an Engineer and Manager skilled in Quality Assurance, Operational Efficiency, Performance Analysis, Market Research, and Alternative Project Delivery Coordination, including Design-Build and Public-Private Partnerships. He currently manages the Operational Efficiency of $1.7 Billion Moynihan Station Redevelopment Project (Phases 2 and 3).
Juan is a Mentor at the ACE NY Program for Team 27. Juan studied engineering in the Dominican Republic. He also graduated with Honors and Distinction from Columbia University with a Master of Science - MS focused in Construction Engineering and Management with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Technological, and New York University with a Master of Science - MS focused in Urban Infrastructure Systems with concentrations in Infrastructure Planning and Asset Management from New York University.
