Muqing Liu is currently a Senior Associate for real estate development, corporate M&A and infrastructure investment at Strategic Capital. He had worked as a consultant on transport projects for the World Bank from 2013 to 2014, covering various transport sub-sectors including highway, urban, and safe and green transport. He holds a PhD in Construction Management, a M.S. in Operations Research, and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in the city of New York and B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Nankai University, China.
