Thomas Scerbo
Tom Scerbo is the New York Metro Region Executive at WSP in the U.S. In this role, he is responsible for steering the operations and growth of all WSP’s business lines in the region toward the objective of enabling WSP to be the preferred and trusted choice for clients, employees and partners.
Prior to joining WSP, Tom held senior executive roles at AECOM and HNTB, overseeing major transportation, buildings, resiliency and civic projects across New York City and the Northeast. His leadership spans strategy, business development, large‑scale program oversight and advancement of digital and collaborative project delivery practices.
Scerbo’s professional career is augmented by support for the industry through his involvement and leadership in organizations such as the New York Building Congress, the Society of American Society of Military Engineers and the ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY. He is a registered architect, with a master’s degree in advanced architectural design from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation; and he holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and Design.
