Victoria Cerami is Chief Executive Officer of Cerami & Associates, Inc., a global leader in acoustical, audiovisual and technology consulting. Under her leadership for almost 30 years, the firm has grown, strategically, from a small acoustical engineering practice headquartered in New York City to a multi-discipline consulting firm whose clients number among Fortune 100 companies, world-class developers, and top architects and engineers.
As CEO, Victoria focuses her time on building and cultivating client relationships, and guiding the staff to be technical experts and thought leaders that provide hands-on client and project management through firm-wide initiatives that are focused on mentorship, recruitment, and professional development.
Victoria is passionate about the firm’s role in public outreach and encourages all staff to participate in community and charitable organizations. As a member of the ACE Mentor Program’s board of directors, Victoria has been able to use her own talents, as well as the resources of her firm, to mentor teens and young adults who are interested in achieving success in business, and in the building industry. Over the last three years the firm has provided a $10,000 scholarship to young women studying mechanical engineering in honor of our founder, and Victoria’s father, Vito Cerami.
She is also a board member for the New York Building Congress, member of the University of Hartford’s Board of Regents, and past chairwoman of the University of Hartford’s Institute of Science and Technology Building Initiative Program.
Some of the firm’s recent work includes The Women’s Building, One World Trade Center, the TWA Flight Center Hotel, Little Caesar’s Arena, LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building, and the Columbia University Medical Center Roy and Diana Vagelos Education Center.
Victoria holds a Masters in Business from MIT’s Sloan School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
