Victoria J. Cerami

Victoria Cerami served as Chief Executive Officer of Cerami & Associates, Inc., from August 1987 until June 2022. Cerami & Associates, now part of Trinity Consultants, is one of the top nationally recognized acoustical and technology firms. Cerami's clients are world class developers, end users, architects, and consulting engineers in the built environment.

As CEO, Victoria focused her time on building and cultivating client relationships, and guiding the staff to be technical experts and thought leaders that provide hands-on client and project management through firm-wide initiatives that are focused on mentorship, recruitment, and professional development.

Victoria was passionate about the firm’s role in public outreach and encourages all staff to participate in community and charitable organizations. As a member of the ACE Mentor Program’s board of directors, Victoria has been able to use her own talents, as well as the resources of her firm, to mentor teens and young adults who are interested in achieving success in business, and in the building industry. The firm has provided an annual $10,000 scholarship to young women studying mechanical engineering in honor of its founder, and Victoria’s father, Vito Cerami.

She is also a board member for the New York Building Congress, and past member of the University of Hartford’s Board of Regents, and past chairwoman of the University of Hartford’s Institute of Science and Technology Building Initiative Program.

Some of the firm’s recent work includes The Women’s Building, One World Trade Center, the TWA Flight Center Hotel, Little Caesar’s Arena, LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building, and the Columbia University Medical Center Roy and Diana Vagelos Education Center.

Victoria holds a Masters in Business from MIT’s Sloan School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
