Vitor Aly is Municipal Secretary for Urban Infrastructure and Public Works of the City of São Paulo. Vitor is a Civil Engineer with a Masters degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with specializations in Japan and Canada. Since 1987, he has been an Assistant Professor at POLI-USP. As a public manager, he was also president of SPObras, the municipal public works department, between January 2017 and April 2018. Previously Vitor served as Vice President and Director of Public Works of the Department of Urbanization of the City of São Paulo and as special advisor to the President of the Housing Development Company and the State of São Paulo.
