William J. Nylic III, PE, PMP, works for CDM Smith and is the 92nd President of the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA), a member association of the international Water Environment Federation. Bill is the youngest person to have held the NYWEA presidency. NYWEA serves the interest of the public by promoting sustainable, clean water quality management through science education and training.
Bill is a licensed professional engineer and project management professional with over 13 years of experience with multi-discipline water, wastewater, odor control and energy projects. Bill completed his undergrad degree in environmental engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York and his master’s degree in environmental engineering form Manhattan College and currently works in the firm’s Long Island office.
